Original documents remain under customer control. XPNSI stores only the minimum metadata required to operate, unless managed storage is explicitly enabled.
Temporary processing copies are encrypted, short-lived and deleted after processing completes. The processing status and the deletion outcome are recorded in the audit log.

About automated analysis
XPNSI uses automated analysis to identify and suggest relationships between journeys, documents and transactions. Automated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before approval or accounting export. XPNSI does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
